• DNS TTL and recent changes — incorrect DNS often causes site unreachability.
• SSL certificate validity — expired certs cause browsers to refuse connections.
• Rate limits / WAF rules — some protection layers block legitimate traffic.
• Hosting provider status pages — the provider may be experiencing an outage.
